Scope of Work:
Verify and monitor the terms and conditions of the ongoing EPC contracts for compliance with the terms and conditions of the loan facility.
Verify feasibility of the final work handover and acceptance schedule under the EPC contracts.
Verify technical feasibility of the Project.
Verify the CUF performance status for three consecutive months of the calculation period upon receipt of the as-built acceptance KS-14 form with the RosTechNadzor (State Technical Supervision) permit for commissioning the power plant.
Key conclusions on the Project progress based on the evaluated major organizational, technical, financial and other factors having positive or negative effect on the Project progress.
Conduct process expert review, construction audit and construction monitoring to support the Project for engineering, construction, supply and installation of equipment, commissioning and operation of 2 solar energy stations
