Development of design and estimate documentation for reconstruction of assembly shop in № 98A building for OJSC UEC-Gas Turbines

CJSC SWECO SOYUZ Engineering will develop design and estimate documentation for reconstruction of the assembly shop in № 98A building for OJSC United Engine Corporation UEC-Gas Turbines.

While developing the design documentation, the Company specialists should, on a par with standard requirements, elaborate the following sections:

  1. «Energy efficiency» – to present consolidated indicators of design solutions energy efficiency in the relevant parts of the building design. The consolidated energy efficiency indicators should be compared with the rated indicators of such standards.
  2. «Organizational Solutions» – to provide for availability of services at the object commissioning stage: Safety monitoring service (security, fire, cameras, building access). Maintenance service (repair and adjustment of equipment) with possible involvement of the integrator company to ensure comprehensive commissioning and re-programming of systems, if necessary. Integration with urban services – Gorgaz, Rybinsk urban power grid, GorVodokanal, Police, Ambulance.

OJSC UEC-Gas Turbines is an integrator company and complex supplier of high-performance ground power equipment with the capacity from 1 to 25 MW intended to meet the needs of OJSC Gazprom, power generating companies, housing and utilities infrastructure of cities and settlements, oil and gas companies (design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of gas turbine units, comprehensive construction of power plants, service maintenance of power facilities), manufacture of equipment for nuclear and chemical industry.
The Company’s assembly facilities are being reconstructed within the framework of OJSC UEC-Gas Turbines’ strategy aimed at leadership in the market of gas pumping units and power units. Commissioning of the additional assembly shop will enable the Company not only to increase production capacities, but also to undertake a large-scale optimization of logistic flows. The units will be delivered from the main assembly area to the Company’s testing bench for full-scale factory testing.
