Scope of work:
- Analysis of the project documentation and main project solutions;
- Justification of proposals on increase of the cost of works;
- Evaluation actually performed and presented for payment work;
- Assessment of the quality and cost of delivered and presented for payment equipment;
- Analysis of the overall summary estimate and of the summary estimate on increase of the cost of the project;
- Analysis of the conditions of the main contract packages under the project in order to determine the responsibility on fulfillment of the obligations of the Customer and contractors and identification of commercial risks, hereto related;
- Analysis of the existing regulations on procurement activities of the contractors and of the justification of decision making regarding the selection of sub-suppliers and subcontractors;
- Analysis of the financial conditions of the project;
- Determination of the real construction and startup deadlines of the unit and of the necessary measures to comply with them;
- Comparison of the real cost of construction with the construction cost, calculated in accordance with the model, used by the Market Council.
