STEAM TURBINE ENERGY PRODUCTION COMPLEX OF 2.2 MW INSTALLED CAPACITY

Scope of Work:

• gathering of initial data required to carry out works (with visiting the site), clarification of the process scheme of steam and condensate provided by the Customer, drawing up the thermal balance, clarification of the terms of reference, clarification of the connection scheme, capacity, layout, and quantity of Steam turbine power plants;
• Development of options for the composition and layout of the main equipment of SIBUR-Kstovo's power supply facilities, taking into account the work of electric power and steam consumers (existing and under construction). Calculations of planned budgets for each option are consolidated in current prices without taking into account inflationary expectations. Selection of the most effective option in agreement with the Customer;
• Detailed feasibility study of the option selected at Stage II, based on network solutions, environmental aspects, project regulatory framework and HSE plan, and cost estimation based on aggregate tariffs and market prices in the Customer region.
