Monitoring the work of the contractor for providing the quality, satisfying the technical requirements of the contract, namely:
Studying technical data, main design and process drawings, designing and production procedures, operating and maintenance manuals with respect to conformity with the contract.
Appraisal of procedures, plans, methods and resources, developed by the contractor, expressing a professional opinion regarding their effectiveness, and in case of insufficient estimate – proposal of alternative measures.
Inspection of the main equipment and testing, which can require the Customer at the producing plant.
Monitoring the conformity of the contractor with the requirements of the contract specifications, quality standards and the schedule; expressing a professional opinion regarding such conformity; in case of nonconformity – corrective measures.
Definition and/or appraisal of any changes of the obligations of the contractor, which can be proposed by the contractor.
Assistance to the Customer in i) acceptance of works; ii) checking the requests for payment; iii) approving the documents and drawings of the contractor;
Assessment of claims of the contractor, expressing a professional opinion and issuing recommendations on decisions.
Monitoring the commissioning of the unit.
Monitoring the operating condition and the proper functionality of the unit in the period of responsibility for defects, attendance during the final acceptance of the unit, etc.
