CJSC SWECO SOYUZ Engineering will carry out the outside technical supervision (construction control) of the capital construction within the framework of the Ust-Khantaiskaya HPP Project. Engine Department. Electrical Department. Replacement of hydraulic units equipment. The Company has entered into the relevant agreement with OJSC Taimyrenergo.

The work includes technical supervision (constriction control) over the entire period of the facility construction. Monitoring the project progress and reporting. Quality control of construction, installation and commissioning, verification of compliance with the established rules and regulations relevant to warehousing and storage of products being used, quality control of materials, structures, machinery, tools, equipment used in construction, monitoring compliance with the technological processes, sequence and timing of construction, composition of process operations, collection, review, signing of as-built documentation, testing, control of the facility commissioning, equipment start-up. Prevention, detection and suppression of violations in the construction process, requirements of laws, technical regulations, other regulatory legal acts and design documentation during construction and installation.

Works completion under the contract is scheduled for December, 2015.
