The CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering” has accomplished works at the Dzerjinskaya CHP
In accordance with the contract with the OJSC “Mosenergo” the CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering” has performed a study of the state of reconstruction of the water treatment plant of the OJSC “Mosenergo” branch of the CHP-22, with issuing recommendations on reduction of capital investments for its construction and optimizing the installation start date.
Subsequent to the results of the work conclusions and recommendations on optimizing the works on the Project with the purpose of capital investments reduction were performed, and an optimal schedule of construction completion was developed. Project risks were determined, and ways of their minimization were proposed.
The Dzerzhinskaya CHP (CHP-22 “Mosenergo”) is a power industry enterprise, located in Dzerzhinsky city, Moscow region, 200 meters from the Moscow ring road. It is one of the biggest combined heat and power plants in the world. The power plant provides heat and power for the south-west regions of Moscow, Dzerzhinsky city and most of the residential areas of the Lubertsy district, Moscow region. Installed electric power – 1310 MW.
