The CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering” has developed the business plan of modernization of the CHP-21 of the OJSC “Mosenergo”
he CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering” has accomplished development of the business-plan of the investment project: “Modernization of the CHP-21 – branch of the OJSC “Mosenergo” with technical upgrading of the turbines Ò-100-130 and ÏÒ-80/100-130”. The specialists of the company have performed the feasibility study of technical, economic, investment effectiveness of the planned work on technical upgrading of the CHP.
The executed work consisted of the following stages:
- Project organization;
- Marketing information;
- Development of technical solutions;
- Development of main design solutions;
- Development of the economic model of the project and estimation of efficiency of the principal variants of project implementation;
- Development of the project’s business plan.
Based on the result of the developed business plan the Customer, OJSC “Mosenergo”, has chosen the variant of technical upgrading of the CHP with steam-turbine technology with replacement of power generation equipment with expired service life.
The CHP-21, branch of the OJSC “Mosenergo”, is the biggest heat producer in Europe. Nearly one fifth of the population of Moscow – more than 3 million people — live in the heating load area of the power plant. The power plant was commissioned in 1963. Installed electric power – 1 800 MW, heat power — 4 958 Gcal/h.
