The design documentation for the CHP-20 has passed the State Expertise

The Moscow Department of State Expertise has issued for the Project Manager – Developer JSC “Mejregionenergostroy” a favorable conclusion on the design documentation of construction of a new CCGT unit 420 MW at the CHP-20 (branch of the OJSC “Mosenergo”). The verification of development of this documentation was performed by the CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering”, assuming the functions of technical agent for the project of construction of the CCGT.

The design documentation was acknowledged to be in full conformity with the results of engineering surveys and the requirements of technical regulations.

Currently detailed design is under way, preparatory works are being performed at the construction site. The construction of the new CCGT unit is aimed at upgrading of generating capacities of the Moscow region. The completion of the works at the facility is planned by the CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering” for December, 2013.
