Scope of work:
- Tender Bids expertise for EPC-contractor selection;
- Customer Support in pre-contract negotiations;
- Adjustment and Control of project schedules;
- Cost and Budget control;
- Development of document flow system;
- Revision of Project documentation (basic design) and Working documentation (detail design) in accordance both with Russian norms and standards and modern engineering practice;
- Control of materials and equipment manufacturing, Factory tests and delivery to site;
- Construction, Assembly and Commissioning control, participation in the acceptance of the hidden works.
