Elaboration of preliminary project documentation for the complex reconstruction of the CHP:
- Main technical solutions on transferring the CHP equipment to thorough burning of solid fuel;
- Main technical solutions on modernization of the turbine units;
- Main technical solutions on implementation of the automated process control system;
- Development of preliminary environment impact assessment;
- Potential assessment of further operation of thermal and mechanical equipment up to 2045;
- Definition of capital expenditure for the reconstruction.
The Argayashskaya CHP was put into operation in 1954 and is designed for power and heat supply of adjacent industrial enterprises (Federal state unitary enterprise – industrial association “Mayak”) and the residential sector of the nearest populated localities (Ozersk city and urban village “Novogorniy”. Installed electric power – 195 MW, installed heat power – 576 Gcal/h.
The Chelyabinnskaya CHP-2 is located in the south-east part of Chelyabinsk city, it was put into operation in December, 1962. The CHP is designed for power and heat supply of the enterprises and the residential sector of Chelyabinsk city. Installed electric power – 320 MW, installed heat power – 956 Gcal/h.
