- Monitoring the obtention of required permits and observance of the requirements of regulatory organizations;
- Adjustment and Control of project schedule;
- Monitoring observance of deadlines indicated in the project completion timeline;;
- Evaluation of contracts
- Selective evaluation of work documentation regarding the scope of work and expenses to verify justification of payments to contractors;
- Control of equipment delivery to site;
- Construction, Assembly and Commissioning control.
