• Analysis of project documentation and initial- permissive documentation
• Analysis of working documents
• Analysis of contract documentation 
• Analysis of the project budget/Estimated cost of construction
• Analysis of the production schedule 
• Analysis of accountability reports, delivery and installation of the equipment
• Analysis of the extent of the building preparedness
• Evidence of the date and extent of performance, permits for entry into service, titling
• Readiness assessment of the completion of core business operations approval documents
