Construction Investment Feasibility Study for The “Installation of Steam Boiler(s) for Flue Gas Recovery (EPF, Off-Gas)” Project by Tobolsk-Neftekhim LLC
Scope of Work:
- Collection of input data incl. site visits.
- Case study of the boiler(s) primary equipment layout taking into account the existing heat power sources. Estimation of aggregate budget for each case.
- Detailed feasibility study of the selected case based on network solutions, environmental aspects, project regulatory framework and HSE plan, and cost estimation based on aggregate tariffs and market prices in the Customer region. Boiler equipment layout development.
- Additional cost estimation for a backup steam boiler turnkey installation.
