Organizing and holding of a tender for the selection of the EPC-contractor on behalf of the Customer and participation in pre-contractual negotiations;
Rendering assistance in obtaining initial permit documentation by the Customer;
Approval and monitoring the observance of schedules;
Control of project costs;
Checking the design documentation at the stages of basic design and working documentation for compliance with Russian rules and standards and modern engineering practice;
Supervision of manufacture, tests and delivery of materials and equipment to the site;
Supervision of construction, erection and startup works, participation in the acceptance of hidden work;
Preparation of reports.
