Feasibility Study for The “Installation of Own Electrical Power Generation Turbine (Mini-CHP) Parallel to The Pressure-Reducing Cooling Station” Project
Scope of Work:
- Development of rationale and solutions for the most efficient implementation of a turbine generator based on steam turbines with backpressure, and development of documentation for installation of steam lines, water lines and necessary piping.
- Feasibility study of construction and/or reconstruction of the existing switchgears.
- Development of rationale for the most efficient option of the turbine generator connection to the existing network.
- Development of rationale for greenfield construction and/or expansion of the existing electrical network facilities.
- Development of rationale for layout, schematics and design of equipment required for the turbine generators connection to and synchronization with the network.
- Development of rationale for the mini-CHP location, development of architectural and layout solutions.
- Development and justification of the most effective turbine generator instrumentation and control configuration to ensure proper performance.
- Evaluation of the mini-CHP influence on the plant networks, brief analysis of the mini-CHP performance in normal, repair and post-accident modes.
- Investment cost estimate.
