- Short-listing of suppliers and development of technical requirements for requests for technical and commercial proposals
- The matrix of technical assistance needs: specific fuel consumption and chemicals for total production
- Establishing the environmental impact tables of total production (air emissions, waste water, noises, residues)
- Establishing the transport logistics flow chart
- The main planning decision of Engineering Systems of buildings and structures, including heat supply, water supply, ventilation, air-conditioning, wastewater sector, electricity supply etc.
- The design for the project schedule
- Capital cost estimate. (CAPEX)
