Scope of work:
- Marketing evaluation of the Project, including:
- Power market analysis;
- Heat market analysis;
- Analysis of network restrictions on heat and power distribution;
- Project assumptions analysis and recommendations;
- Technical expertise of the Project, including:
- Expertise of documentation and design solutions;
- Analysis of the cost of Project implementation;
- Analysis of the Project implementation schedule;
- Project’s legal analysis;
- Additional analysis of the Project features in case of its implementation in accordance with the contingency plan:
- Analysis of the conceptual versions of the scheme of power distribution of the Facility for its entry into the external market.
- Appraisal of organizational arrangements, necessary for entering of the facility into the external market, with estimation of their cost and duration.
- Development of the scheduled plan of entering of the facility into the external market from the state of isolated operation.
