Scope of work:
- Expertise and adjustment of project and working documentation;
- Selective evaluation of budget documentation;
- Technical supervision;
- Selective control of main equipment manufacturing (GTU, STU, HRSG);
- Periodic monitoring of providing the organization and conditions of health and safety and environmental legislation requirements during the construction;
- Participation in evaluation and adjustment of Commissioning technical and working programs, individual and function tests, test run, reliability run and guarantee tests;
- Participation in evaluation of operations and equipment services instructions;
- Control of budget project servicesж
- Control of project schedules.
