- Review of proposals of suppliers and producers of equipment;
- Participation in pre-contract negotiations on the side of the Customer;
- Approval and control over design schedules;
- Review of design documentation at the project stages and detailed design documentation for conformity with the Russian rules and standards and modern engineering practice.
