- Development of technological solutions and selection of main equipment;
- Development of architectural planning solutions;
- Development of feasibility study for selection of main equipment;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of cost and technical-economic indicators of construction alternatives;
- Comparison of investment indicators in accordance with different upgrading alternatives;
- Sensitivity analysis of upgrading alternatives regarding the following:
- rate of increase of fuel prices;
- rate of increase of tariffs for electric and heat energy, power and day-ahead market prices;
- CAPEX and OPEX.
