Scope of work:
- Technical expertise of the technical solution for the Power unit:
- Analysis of general technical compatibility of the main Power unit equipment;
- Analysis of main technical solutions.
- Expert appraisal and confirmation of justification of the project budget, declared for the Bank.
- Expert appraisal and confirmation of justification of the project implementation period, declared for the Bank.
- Plan/fact analysis of project implementation, with regard to budget execution, scope of work and compliance of the Power unit under construction with the design solutions.
- Review of initial permit and title documentation in the context of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of RF and regulatory authorities.
- Project’s hazard identification & risk assessment.
- Preparation of recommendations for risk minimization.
