Scope of works:
- Regular check of completeness, contractors’ observance of the acceptance control terms, as well as authenticity and quality of its results documenting.
- Regular check of performance by the contractors of the control measures for observance of the rules for stockholding and storage of the applied products, as well as authenticity and quality of their results documenting.
- Random check of completeness and observance of the established terms of control by the contractors of the sequence and content of the process operations in respect of the Facility construction, as well as authenticity and quality of its results documenting.
- Regular check of completeness, contractors’ observance of the laboratory control and testing terms, as well as authenticity and quality of its results documenting.
- Participation in the development of the process charts for organizing and technical measures and schemes of management of the quality of construction and assembling works and products output.
- Development of offers for adjustment of the temporary technical specifications for erection of the facilities to be constructed and the methods of geological technical control together with the Customer, Main Contractor and projecting organization developing the operating documentation.
- Analysis of the reasons for defects in the construction and assembling works, materials, structures, parts and development of the measures for their prevention and elimination.
- Implementation of the best practice of organization of the construction quality control procedures.
- Participation in implementation of the best practice, new materials, products, structures, effective additives, new construction technologies.
