Nizhnevartovskiy Oil Refinery
Design capacity of Nizhnevartovskiy oil refinery — 4 mln ton per year. Nizhnevartovskiy oil refinery combines five widely separated areas: oil refining sections, two oil stabilization sections and shipment of finished products section.
Scope of work:
- Analysis of the current state of power systems, power consumption characteristics — load profiles, consumption forecast;
- Study of possible options for own generation construction;
- Determination of power plants capacity based on the production load schedules and other consumers;
- Comparison of different options for power generation equipment: gas piston and gas turbine plants, plants operating on diesel, gas-diesel and oil-fuel;
- Study of technical solutions for using thermal power of flue gases to produce steam and hot water;
- Preparation of preliminary construction schedule of energy facilities, indicating the terms;
- Determination of specific indicators of capital costs per unit of installed capacity and the cost of operating expenses for the period up to 2030;
- Performance indicators estimation (NPV, PI, IRR, DPP) on construction options of own generation.
