Scope of work:
- Expert review and approval of design and detailed design documentation;
- Random check of cost estimate documentation;
- Technical supervision;
- Random inspection of the deadlines and quality of manufacture of the main equipment at the producing plants (CCGT, STP, HRSG);
- Periodical inspection of the organization and conditions of labor protection, occupational safety and environmental legislation requirements during works;
- Monitoring of services and works of third parties on providing connection of new real estate items to utility lines;
- Participation in review and approval of technical and work programs of startup works, individual and functional tests, trial runs, reliability runs and warranty tests;
- Participation in consideration of equipment O&M manuals;
- Services of project’s budget control;
- Control over the schedule of execution of work under the project.
