Pre-FEED for Pulp Mill construction in Krasnoyarsk Territory
Scope of Work:
- Selection of optimum capacity and expert review of the Lesosibirsk woodworking plant No.1 site to demonstrate that the Pulp Mill can be sited thereat.
- Development of Specification for Supply of Main Process Equipment
- Development of a feasibility study for the plant construction at the selected site
- Public hearings basing on the deliverables – HVAV Volume (jointly with the Customer)
- Preparation of Terms of Reference for Work as General Designer and General Contractor
- The Project also includes development of several design options for the Cellulose Plant evaporation train with a 0.5 to 1.0 MTPA capacity.
