PRE-FEED FOR PULP MILL CONSTRUCTION IN KRASNOYARSK TERRITORY

Scope of Work:

• Selection of optimum capacity and expert review of the Lesosibirsk woodworking plant No.1 site to demonstrate that the Pulp Mill can be sited thereat.
• Development of Specification for Supply of Main Process Equipment
• Development of a feasibility study for the plant construction at the selected site
• Public hearings basing on the deliverables - HVAV Volume (jointly with the Customer)
• Preparation of Terms of Reference for Work as General Designer and General Contractor
• The Project also includes development of several design options for the Cellulose Plant evaporation train with a 0.5 to 1.0 MTPA capacity.
