Scope of Work:
- Verify and monitor the terms and conditions of the ongoing EPC contracts for compliance with the terms and conditions of the loan facility.
- Verify feasibility of the final work handover and acceptance schedule under the EPC contracts.
- Verify technical feasibility of the Project.
- Verify the CUF performance status for three consecutive months of the calculation period upon receipt of the as-built acceptance KS-14 form with the RosTechNadzor (State Technical Supervision) permit for commissioning the power plant.
- Key conclusions on the Project progress based on the evaluated major organizational, technical, financial and other factors having positive or negative effect on the Project progress.
