- Independent review, analysis and appraisal of the current status of the process of designing and construction of the Power unit, the conformity of the process of designing and construction of the Power unit with the Business-plan of the project and the requirements of the active legislation of RF;
- Performing construction monitoring with periodicity, defied by the Contract.
