Scope of Work:
- Expert verification of documents for compliance with the Facility construction investment project, and the Facility’s budget cost indicators
- Facility’s primary/reporting documents preparation monitoring
- Management process monitoring when building the Facility
- Investment monitoring when building the Facility
- Facility completion timeframe monitoring
- Monitoring of preparation of title, initial planning, design and other documentation required for building the Facility
- Identification/monitoring of risks and risk realisation causes
- Monitoring of achieving the Facility construction targets
