The CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering” has accomplished expert works on the GTPP “Zagorskaya”
The CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering” has performed expert analysis of proposals for production and delivery of gas-turbine power units for the GTPP “Zagorskaya” in accordance with the contract with the OJSC “Orenburgneft”.
Within the framework of this job an analysis of proposals for production and delivery of gas turbines with respect to conformity with the tender documentation was performed, drafts of follow-up inquiries to bidders were prepared, negotiations with suppliers were held. For every tender stage the customer has received reports with a detailed appraisal of the technical part of proposals for delivery of turbine units and recommendations for ranking competitive bids.
Expert appraisal of cost estimates for construction of the GTPP was also performed, including data analysis, characterizing the used budget-normative base, cost analysis and capital investment configuration analysis of the GTPP critical components, validation of cost estimates. By results of the expert appraisal a correction of cost estimates for construction of the power plant was submitted to the customer.
The final stage of contract works was the expert evaluation of the composition and volume of overhaul repairs and operational costs of the gas-turbine units, proposed by the bidders for delivery. The report for this stage included also the gas flow rate evaluation for the whole period of operation of the power plant.
The construction of the GTPP “Zagorskaya” with 150 MW electric power is planned for providing independent power supply of a part of the OJSC “Orenburgneft” oil fields.
