Scope of work:
- Expert review of documents with respect to conformity with the investment project on creation of the Facility and the cost indicators of the Facility budget;
- Monitoring the preparation of initial and reporting documentation for the Facility;
- Monitoring managing processes in the course of creation of the Facility;
- Monitoring investments in the course of creation of the Facility;
- Monitoring the deadlines of creation of the Facility;
- Monitoring the preparation of documents of title, initial permissive documentation, design and other documentation, necessary at creation of the Facility;
- Definition/Monitoring of risks, as well as of the reasons, which can lead to their realization;
- Monitoring the achievement of target indicators for creation of the Facility.
