Mosenergo CHP-21
The work under the contract consists of the following stages:
- Project organization,
- Marketing information,
- Development of technical solutions,
- Development of main designing solutions,
- Development and approval of the economic model of the project and estimation of efficiency of the principal variants of project implementation,
- Elaboration of the project’s business plan.
The completion of the project is planned for December, 2012.
The CHP-21, branch of the OJSC “Mosenergo”, is the biggest heat producer in Europe. In the thermal load area of the power plant almost a firth part of the population of Moscow live – more than 3 million people. The power plant was put into operation in 1963. Installed electric power –1800 MW, heat power – 4 958 Gcal/h.
