Mosenergo CHP-21

The work under the contract consists of the following stages:

  1. Project organization,
  2. Marketing information,
  3. Development of technical solutions,
  4. Development of main designing solutions,
  5. Development and approval of the economic model of the project and estimation of efficiency of the principal variants of project implementation,
  6. Elaboration of the project’s business plan.

The completion of the project is planned for December, 2012.

The CHP-21, branch of the OJSC “Mosenergo”, is the biggest heat producer in Europe. In the thermal load area of the power plant almost a firth part of the population of Moscow live – more than 3 million people. The power plant was put into operation in 1963. Installed electric power –1800 MW, heat power – 4 958 Gcal/h.
