- Evaluation of engineering and process solutions with confirmation of the ability to carry out production activities with the productivity / capacity declared under the project;
- Analysis of entitling documentation and initial permits;
- Analysis of the construction project budget;
- Analysis of contractual documentation;
- Analysis of work performance schedule;
- Identification and assessment of project risks;
- Consolidation of identified Project inconsistencies/ deviations/faults, and recommendations for elimination thereof
